Research Interests

My research interests include Disease mapping and more specifically Hierarchical Bayesian models for spatial data. I am interested in the role of Statistics in the epidemiology field. Using data from epidemiology surveys poses specific challenges at the statistical treatment, and I am interested in enhance the full potential of each survey. My present work involves the study of Hierarchical Bayesian models for areal data.
