Research Interests

My research interests include: institutions and governance, public administration, public services innovation, public transparency, accountability, and ethics. I am particularly interested in ICT-enabled/electronic government, with a focus on the organization of tax authorities. My research has also been driven by the preoccupation with the institutional and regulatory conditions that promote industrial development, particularly in the pharmacy and waste management sectors.
