Biografia

Ana Cristina Costa é Professora Auxiliar na NOVA Information Management School(NOVA IMS), sendo Responsável pelo Sistema de Garantia da Qualidade do Ensino. Ana Costa é doutorada em Ciências de Engenharia pela Universidade Técnica de Lisboa. A principal área de investigação é a geoestatística para a modelação de fenómenos espácio-temporais. É autora de mais de trinta artigos científicos com revisão por pares. Lecionou mais de uma dezena de cursos de curta duração na área da Estatística, bem como cursos de programação em SAS System. Participou em diversos projetos de I&D nacionais e internacionais, e coordena atualmente o projeto GSIMCLI financiado pela FCT - Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia.
