David FOOX
David Foox (FOOX) is an attorney, film producer most notably a painter in the pop-symbolic tradition. In the field of law, FOOX has distinguished himself as an Intellectual Property (IP) attorney specializing in licensing and infringement enforcement. He specializes in telecommunications (VOIP, CDMA, GSM etc), pharma, and entertainment law. His amicus brief to the US Supreme Court on patent term extension for the NYIPLA and earlier (1998) Master's essays on the patentability of life forms (ie: Monsanto's patenting of bio material) further established FOOX as a forward thinker in IP. Foox's fine art has been shown at galleries throughout the world. Foox's unique pop-symbolic approach to painting caught the attention of collectors and dealers. Foox is committed to supporting charities that protect our planet, to that end he has donated several art works to Christie's Auction house in support of OCEANA. He is also a big advocate of the charitable trust PROTECT WHAT IS PRECIOUS. Foox shows frequently in New York and was described by Time Out New York as being one of the last New York City pop artists. Foox currently resides in Los Angeles where he is producing his next film and painting. Foox is a fast rising film producer, working with artists and financiers to develop groundbreaking feature films. Miguel Neto
Miguel de Castro Neto is Assistant Professor and Associate Dean at NOVA Information Management School (NOVA IMS) where he is President of the Pedagogical Council and Coordinator of the Post-Graduation in Smart Cities. He was Secretary of State of Spatial Planning and Nature Conservation in the XIX and XX Portuguese Government. Smart Cities Personality of the Year (Green Business Week 2017 / Fundação AIP). Founder and Vice-President of the Data Science Portuguese Association he is presently President of the Portuguese Engineers Professional Association Agronomy College, coordinator of the Group Cities and Spatial Planning in the think tank Sustainable Growth Platform and President of the Festival Terras Sem Sombra Curators Board. He is founding-partner of the company Agriciência, Consultores de Engenharia, Lda. He develops his research and teaching in the field of Business Intelligence and Smart Cities.
From his scientific work have resulted, amongst others, articles published in scientific journals such as Computers in Industry, International Journal of Accounting Information, Journal of Global Information Management, International Journal of Electronic Commerce Studies, Industrial Management & Data Systems. In the context of its teaching activity he was inviteed professor at Universidade Polítecnica de Madrid (Espanha), Tomsk University (Rússia) and Universidade de Cabo Verde, among others.

Filipe Ferreira is an Information Systems undergraduate currently taking a bachelor's degree at NOVA Information Management School (NOVA IMS) where he is the Director of the NOVA Crypto Club.
