Academic Services
Academic Services manages student enrollment and registration, academic records, and the certification of each student’s academic journey.
Student Support Office
The Student Support Office is an independent body that works closely with the NOVA IMS Management Team and Program Directors to ensure that students’ needs, suggestions, and concerns are heard and properly addressed.
Faculty Support Office
The Faculty Support Office assists NOVA IMS faculty throughout their onboarding and integration and provides ongoing support for their teaching and academic responsibilities, helping ensure the smooth delivery and quality of teaching.
IT Services
IT Services provides technical support to students and access to software for teaching and research.
Library and Documentation Services
Library and Documentation Services provides the NOVA IMS community with information resources that support learning and research in Statistics, Information Management, and Data Science.
Marketing & Admissions
The Marketing & Admissions Department promotes NOVA IMS programs and supports prospective students throughout the admissions process, from their first inquiry through enrollment.
