People and Talent


The People and Talent Department has the following main functions:

  • Ensuring compliance with labor standards;

  • Prepare the annual training plan, follow its implementation, and promote the achievement of approved training activities;

  • Manage the staff list;

  • Ensure the management of all contracts and procedures relating to personnel;

  • Prepare and monitor the conduct of tender procedures;

  • Develop the Social and other statistical surveys;

  • Prepare the holiday maps;

  • Calculate and process compensation;

  • Make the timely control and attendance of workers;

  • Organize and monitor the performance evaluation process of workers;

  • Organize and maintain updated human resources personal files and records;

  • Collect information in order to help superior decision-making;

  • Fulfill all the duties demanded by NOVA IMS Direction.
