E-Commerce Area Coordinator, Responsible for leading Worten PT, Online Sales and Growth Team - Worten (SONAE)

"NOVA IMS taught me more than concepts: it gave me the mindset and tools to solve real problems and lead in a digital world."

Being a mentor

One of the most fulfilling aspects of being a mentor is the opportunity to give back to a community that played such an important role in my own journey. Joining the mentorship program at NOVA IMS felt like a natural step, not just to share insights and experience, but to contribute to the growth of future professionals who are standing where I once stood. It's incredibly rewarding to support students in moments of uncertainty, help them see their potential, and empower them to take confident steps forward. It’s not about having all the answers, it’s about being there, listening, and offering the guidance I wish I had back then.

Why NOVA IMS?

What stood out to me about NOVA IMS was its perfect balance between academic rigor and real-world application. Returning to academia after gaining professional experience gave me a unique perspective, one where theory was directly connected to industry challenges. The focus on data-driven decision-making and innovation equipped me with both the tools and the mindset to thrive in a fast-evolving digital landscape. It wasn’t just about learning concepts; it was about applying them to solve real problems and drive change.
