Steps for designing your ideal career

    Chemistry Session

    As a first step, book your Chemistry Session with our mentor António Oliveira Martins to introduce yourself and learn more about the mentoring program we have to offer.

    Send an email to amartins@novaims.unl.pt with the subject "Exploratory Session".

    Complete the Assessment

    After the Exploratory Session, take the Assessment to discover your strengths, interests and goals. Embark on a journey of self-knowledge to make informed decisions about your future career.

    Schedule your Mentoring Session

    After receiving the results of the Assessment, schedule a Mentoring session. With the help of our certified mentor, you'll develop the skills to achieve your professional goals.

At the beginning of each academic year, the Student Association and the Alumni open applications for their Mentoring programs. The next edition for both programs will be at the beginning of the 2024/2025 academic year.
