"What makes NOVA IMS special is the direct connection with the faculty and the real-world relevance embedded in every project and exercise."

Being a mentor

Contributing to the development of others helps me stay up to date and connected to new generations and their ways of thinking. The constant exchange of ideas enriches my own leadership and team management practices. I'm passionate about sharing experiences, as it allows me to help others better understand the corporate world, especially those who are curious or unsure, based on what I’ve learned throughout my career.

Why NOVA IMS?

What stood out to me the most at NOVA IMS was the close relationship with the faculty and the way projects and exercises reflected real-world professional scenarios. The small class sizes created a healthy competitive environment, while also fostering collaboration, support, and a strong sense of community. What truly made a lasting impact, and why I continue to recommend NOVA IMS, was the wide variety of topics covered throughout the program. This diversity made it much easier to understand the connections between different areas as soon as I entered the job market.
