Elections for Student Representatives to the Pedagogical Council – November 2025
The electoral process for the election of student representatives to the NOVA IMS Pedagogical Council has been scheduled by decision of the Dean, Professor Miguel de Castro Neto, in accordance with Article 14, paragraph v) of the NOVA IMS Statutes.
This election aims to appoint three undergraduate, two master’s, and one PhD student representative, following the end of the current representatives’ term.
Applications can be submitted until November 5, 2025 (by 5:00 p.m.), in person at the NOVA IMS Head Office Secretariat (2nd floor, room 11), using the designated form available on this page.
The electoral campaign will take place from November 6 to 17, 2025, and voting will be held on Floor 0, next to the NOVA IMS Reception, between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
All students enrolled in the respective study cycles are eligible to apply. Each application must be submitted individually and endorsed by a minimum number of students, as follows:
- Undergraduate: 4 students
- Master’s: 4 students
- PhD: 2 students
The Electoral Commission is responsible for verifying the validity of applications and monitoring all stages of the process, ensuring transparency and compliance with the established rules.
