2025 Benedita Miranda

Benedita Miranda leads a team of over 12,000 people as General Manager of Foundever’s Multilingual Region, overseeing operations across ten European countries, including Portugal, Italy, and Greece. With more than 20 years of experience in customer experience (CX), she has held increasingly senior roles since joining the company in 2010.

In 2025, she also became Executive Director of Foundever.org, the company’s nonprofit foundation focused on education and opportunity through the #CXForGood movement. With academic training in Psychology, Marketing and an international MBA, Benedita is a committed advocate for social responsibility, particularly in the empowerment of women. In 2024, she received the Women’s Advocate Gold Award and was named one of Forbes Portugal’s 50 most powerful women in business.
