We are very proud to congratulate Doctor Hugo Saisse Mentzingen da Silva, who defended his PhD in Information Management on October 3^rd, 2025. The jury unanimously decided to grant him the degree of Doctor in Information Management and, by majority, awarded him the final classification Approved with Distinction and Honors. The thesis was on the subject: “CONTEXTUAL ANALYSIS OF CASE LAW Enhancing Precedent Identification with Artificial Intelligence”.
