DWPS 2025 Bruno Soares

Bruno Soares is Global Director of Operations at Foundever®, a global leader in customer experience (CX) solutions. Since joining the company in 2014, he has held several roles in Operations, working with clients across multiple industries and geographies.

In 2021, he stepped into the role of Director of Continuous Improvement, initially overseeing operations in Portugal and later expanding to manage teams in Italy, Spain, Greece, Egypt, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Romania — leading complex operations with a strong focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Bruno holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from NOVA School of Science and Technology and postgraduate degrees in Data Science & Business Analytics and Business Administration and Management from ISEG. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and trained as a Customer Experience Implementation Leader by COPC Inc.

Outside of work, Bruno is a proud father of two boys and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
