Cláudia Mendes Silva is Global Director at Women in Tech, a global organization with the mission of empowering five million women and girls by 2030. She also serves as the Country Director for Portugal and is a leading voice for inclusion in the tech sector.

Currently Sustainability Manager at Siemens Portugal, Cláudia is also an ambassador for the government initiative Girls in STEM and was awarded Diversity Role Model of the Year for her work in promoting diversity and inclusion in tech and innovation.
