Back to the Forest: Taking care of what we started

On November 28th, the entire NOVA IMS community is invited to take part in a special initiative: “Back to the Forest: Taking care of what we started.”

As part of our 36th-anniversary celebrations, this activity brings together students, staff, and faculty in a morning dedicated to nature and to the continuity of the work begun last year. We will return to Serra de Carnaxide, where we previously planted trees, to maintain the forest area and care for the saplings planted.

The activity will take place at Alto da Montanha (Carnaxide), followed by lunch at NOVA IMS. To ensure broad participation, classes will be suspended for the day, and transportation will be provided for all participants.
