The 2023 edition of the Portugal Smart Cities Summit will distinguish and reward the different projects of innovation ecosystems and smart practices in Intermunicipal Communities, Municipalities and Parish Councils. The evaluation of the applications and projects presented will be made by a jury, led by Professor Miguel de Castro Neto, Director of NOVA IMS, and which also includes other entities / personalities of recognized merit in the theme of Smart Cities.
