The NOVA IMS IT Department provides helpdesk support to every NOVA IMS enrolled student daily from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., and offers a software set from ESRI, Clarck Labs, Microsoft, MicroStrategy, OutSystems, QlikView, SAP, SAS and SYBASE for teaching and research purposes.
