Ana Paula Salgueiro

Ana Paula Barata Salgueiro holds a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal and has been a member of the IGF - Audit Authority since 1989. She has been the Deputy Inspector-General of the IGF - Audit Authority since 2015, responsible for the control of local government administration.

She completed the National Defense Course at the National Defense Institute, as well as the High Management Course in Public Administration and specialization courses in Auditing, Strategic Management and Projects, and Program Evaluation.

She is a member of several working groups representing the Ministry of Finance and the IGF - Audit Authority. She is also a lecturer in postgraduate programs and a trainer in Internal and External Auditing, Internal Control, and various topics related to the local government sector.
