Ana Vicente

Until 2021, she was the Head of People & Leadership at Sonae, responsible for conducting assessment, development, and succession processes for the Sonae Group's top management, as well as designing the Group's Inclusion and Diversity Strategy. She also led the Sonae Academy, the corporate academy responsible for designing and implementing management and leadership training for Sonae employees. During this time, she also coordinated the Inclusion and Diversity Working Group of the European Round Table for Industry (ERT), an organization that brings together leaders of some of Europe's largest companies.

From 2014 to 2018, she played an active role in coordinating and defining policies and practices for talent and leadership management and strategic development at Sonae, in partnership with various people management areas and internal stakeholders. Between 2011 and 2013, she was part of a strategic change management and innovation movement regarding talent management models, processes, and tools at Sonae, including performance management, competency models, career and succession management, as well as management and development of high potentials and executives.
