ALUMNI NOVA IMS Insights: 3cket and the Startup World

On September 21^st, we celebrated ALUMNI's 5^th anniversary and welcomed one of the founders of the startup 3cket and a former NOVA IMS student to the INE Auditorium for a roundtable session.

There we explored the growth of the startup and the lessons learned throughout this journey, from the IMSHARE conference to a startup that revolutionized event management systems.

In the end, we had a small networking cocktail that brought current and former NOVA IMS students even closer through the sharing of experiences.

Filipe Brígida

3cket Co-Funder

A dedicated leader with a diverse background, Filipe Brígida co-founded 3cket in 2017, a pioneering modular pay-as-you-go event management suite based in Lisbon. This is not Filipe's first venture into event management as in 2014, he co-founded the IMSHARE Conference, Portugal's premier event focusing on Marketing Intelligence, Data & Analytics, and Digital Business.

In the tech domain, Filipe's also worked at Microsoft, where he played a central role as an Education Technology Advisor for over a year, championing cloud solutions and assisting educational institutions in their digital transition.

Additionally, Filipe also helmed the NOVA Information Management School Students' Union, leading a team committed to enhancing the educational experience for over 1,500 students.
