Guilherme Martins Victorino is currently the Associate Director of NOVA IMS for the "Value Creation" area and coordinates the "Innovation & Analytics" and "Health & Analytics" Laboratories. As a professor, he works in the fields of Innovation, Change and Knowledge Management, and coordinates the Postgraduate Program in Information Management and BI in Health. He is also the coordinator of the Design Thinking course at the Doctoral School of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, supporting doctoral students in processes of disruptive innovation. As a certified consultant and trainer in Design Thinking and Change Management, he has had the opportunity to work on new approaches to innovation and change management with leading companies in Portugal, Brazil, the USA, and Australia, addressing specific organizational challenges at the operational, marketing, sales, organizational redesign, process reengineering, and resource development levels using advanced simulators. As an executive, he has over 15 years of leadership experience in sectors such as Health, Media, and Telecommunications.
