Madalena Tomé

Madalena Cascais Tomé is CEO and member of the Board of Directors of SIBS Group, one of the leading digital payment processors in Europe, present in more than 10 markets, and Chairwoman of SIBS Romania and Paytel.

Madalena Cascais Tomé is a member of the European Banking Federation's digital executive committee. She is also a member of the strategic council of ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management of the Technical University of Lisbon.

Previously, she was the Director of Portugal Telecom, responsible for retail commercial operations, new channels, and digital channels for SOHO and SME segments. Prior to that, she worked as a Project Manager at McKinsey & Company, with recognized experience in various sectors, including retail banking, marketing, and pricing.

She was also a business consultant at Arthur Andersen/Deloitte. Madalena Cascais Tomé has a degree in Applied Mathematics from ISEG, Technical University of Lisbon, and a post-graduate degree in Market Research and CRM from the Nova University of Lisbon. She is also certified in Corporate Management by the INSEAD International Directors Program.
