The Estrela Parish Council and NOVA IMS Information Management School have joined forces to launch a pioneering initiative on International Day of Happiness, March 20th. The "Estrela For Happiness" project aims to measure the happiness level of parish residents through a combination of in-person and online surveys. Expected within 4 months, the results will inform more effective local public policies, tailored to community needs. Coordinated by NOVA IMS Director, Miguel de Castro Neto, and managed by Ann-Kathrin Heinrich, the project underscores President Luís Newton's commitment to enhancing residents' well-being through innovative partnerships.
