Ricardo Gonçalves

Ricardo has a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon.

He is the Director of Fidelidade's Artificial Intelligence & Analytics Center, where, since 2016, he is implementing an innovative and ambitious program to guide the Insurer to the best practices of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence existing in the international market.

He is a Board Member of FID - R&D, which is the Innovation and Development company of the Fidelidade Group.

He has a vast experience of over 20 years in Data Science and AI, having started his professional career at Dun & Bradstreet Portugal, spending several years at Portugal Telecom Group, where he assumed various responsibilities always associated with the various areas of Analytics.
