Rita Nabeiro, Executive Director of the Nabeiro Group and CEO of Adega Mayor, graduated with a degree in Communication Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Lisbon. She joined the family business in 2006, initially working in marketing for Delta Cafés and subsequently spearheading the development and branding of Adega Mayor. As Executive Director of the Nabeiro Group - Delta Cafés, she is also responsible for Human Resources and Sustainability. Her dedication to making a positive impact has been recognized, leading to her involvement in several prestigious roles, including serving on the board of BCSD Portugal, PWN Lisbon, the General Council of NOVA University of Lisbon, and the Executive Board of the Belém Cultural Center, among others.
