Biography

Carlos Tam is an Invited Lecturer at NOVA IMS and IT Coordinator with over 25 years’ banking experience, 15 of which at a mobile and internet division. He holds a Ph.D. from NOVA Information Management School (NOVA IMS), Universidade Nova de Lisboa, in Information Management. His research interests include business intelligence, knowledge management, performance management, management information, and technology adoption. His work has appeared in Tourism Management, Information & Management, International Journal of Project Management, Computers in Human Behaviour, Information Systems Frontiers, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, among others.
