Rute Silva holds a degree in Economics from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with specialized training in emotional intelligence, leadership, and team coaching. She teaches Emotional Intelligence and Integration into the Labor Market at both undergraduate and master's levels. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, emotional intelligence, change management, organizational development, and executive and team coaching. With over 25 years of experience in strategic consulting, organizational transformation, and people development, she has completed more than 2,500 hours of executive coaching. Throughout her career, she has designed and delivered training and coaching programs, working with more than 40 teams since 2007. She has also contributed to international projects in strategic planning and systemic change, particularly in information technology and climate sustainability.
