João Pedro Ruas holds a PhD degree in Finance from ISCTE-IUL Business School. He is currently Assistant Professor in Finance at the Department of Finance and Director of the PhD in Finance at ISCTE-IUL Business School. His current research interests include financial derivatives pricing, and real options. He has published in the Journal of Banking and Finance, Quantitative Finance, European Journal of Operational Research, and Journal of Derivatives.
