Biography

Susana Pereira Esteves has a Master degree in Statistics and Information Management, with specialization in Marketing and Market Research, at NOVA, and a degree in Mathematics at NOVA. She is completing a PhD in Information Management at Universidade Nova de Lisboa and she is a researcher at the Center for Statistics and Information Management of the same university. At NOVA IMS she teaches courses such as Market Research, Data Collection Methodologies, Survey Methodologies and Mathematics. She has developed projects in the area of ​​ research, particularly in customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Her work concerns with particular interest the design of questionnaires and data collection methodologies.
