The graduates of NOVA IMS in 2019 registered an employment rate of 100%, one year after completing the program, and remuneration close to 1,400€, according to the most recent data from the ObipNova - Observatory of Graduates’ Transitions into Work at NOVA.

Professor Pedro Saraiva, Dean of NOVA IMS, reveals that the efforts made and the pedagogical quality of the School of Statistics, Data Science and Information Management at NOVA University of Lisbon, with more than 30 years of existence, have gained prominence and its educational offer has been constantly appearing in various rankings and accreditations on an international level.

The Undergraduate Program in Information Systems in particular was first accredited by ABET in 2015, thus becoming the first degree in Europe to be recognized by this reference entity in the area. The accreditation was renewed, for another five years, until 2027, "in a clear recognition of the excellence of the teaching and learning methods that this program presents and practices."
