The bachelor degree in Information Management is quite transversal, based on an excellent teaching. It allows us to explore the most diverse areas related to Data and Innovation from Programming, Statistics, Marketing, Machine Learning and Business Intelligence. In addition to developing technical skills necessary for the demands of the job market, it is noteworthy the proximity between teachers and students, the spirit of mutual help that is felt among students and also the growing offer of extracurricular activities, from the Students Union to the Junior Data Consulting. This Degree provided me with the necessary tools and knowledge from the most diverse areas for assertive decision-making, aligned with the needs and trends of the market and the current world.

I was looking for a degree that would allow me to deepen my knowledge in the areas of management and programming, and NOVA IMS provided me exactly what I was looking for, being able to go even further in my goals and objectives. The Information Management course pushed my boundaries through the model of classes in English, which helped me better understand a foreign language I was not used to, leaving me more confident to enter a broader job market.

In just one semester I was able to acquire knowledge in the areas of economics, mathematics, information systems, human resources, management, and even programming, something that nowadays is very well recognized by top companies. I feel constantly challenged and learning at NOVA IMS because it is a course in English and because of the demanding study plan, where we acquire many technological and entrepreneurial skills, promoting our personal and intellectual growth.
In the practical subjects, such as Computing, we don't need previous knowledge because the teachers provide us with all the necessary tools and bases to enhance our performance.

Initially, I had some doubts in choosing NOVA IMS. Because it is considered a demanding faculty, I confess that I had some fears of not being able to achieve my goals. However, I realized that it was the right choice. The professors are impeccable, always available and willing to help in any way necessary. The colleagues are fantastic and support us in everything we need. The university has great conditions. I don't regret the decision I made, not even for a second.

With the completion of Secondary Education, there are inevitable and important decisions that affect the fulfillment of our dreams and objectives in the professional scope. After some research, I found NOVA IMS at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where all the necessary conditions for the success of my entry into the job market were gathered, a college with enormous business prestige with a course that could combine two areas: Management and technologies. Today, I am sure I could not have made the best choice! The strong practical component, culture of excellence, innovation and requirement have prepared me for the highly competitive professional world, equipping me with all the skills I need to succeed.
