All candidates admitted to a Master's course, regardless of their nationality, who demonstrate the need for financial support to continue their studies are eligible for this scholarship.

Master's course:

• Geographic Information Systems and Science;
• Data-Driven Marketing;
• Data Science and Advanced Analytics;
• Law and Financial Markets;
• Statistics and Information Management;
• Information Management.

This scholarship can cover 20 %, 50 %, or 100 % of the tuition fee value of the Master’s program.

When a student is granted different scholarships within NOVA IMS, the funding cannot exceed 70 % of the total amount of the tuition fee for the Master’s program, except in cases where the funding comes entirely from a 100 % social mobility scholarship.

The scholarship prize does not fund the amounts related to the application fee, the enrolment fee, the Double Degree Program, the Master Degree in Geospatial Technologies, the amount value associated with additional semesters, or exchange programs.

To apply, the admitted candidates to the Master’s program need to show their interest, by filling the form and submitting the most recent household tax return properly identified. The documents must be originals or copies, accompanied by a certified translation into English or Portuguese if they are written in any other language. The Social Mobility scholarship is granted for the entire duration of the program.
